First two LADA Vesta cars were converted to serve as traffic police cars in Russia as per AvtoVAZ press-release [in Russian].
I say "converted" but the conversion only included adding a Russian traffic police livery, audible and visual warning systems and some police-spec communication equipment. These are not specially designated police models.
