Appears to be a 2nd Gen 2003 Dodge Neon. Production ended in 2005.
And here is its performance cousin the Dodge Neon SRT4 in GT6 pictures. Note the same color (almost).
The Dodge SRT 4 is based on the 1994 Dodge Neon and is the most powerful performance version of the Neon released in 2003.
The SRT badge indicates that the car was worked on by Chrysler's
high-performance car development division and is therefore a genuine
high-performance vehicle.
