Toyota Peace Van
Here is something of a political statement - a Toyota Syria - Russia For Peace Van.
Found somewhere in downtown Moscow, near some posh residences.
As to the van id itself, it is a fifth-gen (2004-2019) Toyota HiAce, I think.
