Here is a GAZ-53-12 front view through a rainy side window in the autumn month of October 2019.

The second GAZ-53-12 on blog and the fourth GAZ-53 overall.

The GAZ-53-12 is the last modification (1983-1991) of the GAZ-53 (1961-1991) distinguishable by a massive rectangular vertically fluted grille.

Seeing as production ended in 1991 this truck can't be any younger than 28 years old in 2019 and is probably much older.

But unlike the previous one on the blog, this one appears to be parked more or less permanently.

Volga GAZ-21 Gagarin's Car

Here is a Volga GAZ-21 but not just any Volga GAZ-21 but the car that used to ferry First Man in Space Yuri Gagarin!

Other than that the car is the 10th Third Series Volga GAZ-21 recorded on blog and about the 13th Volga GAZ-21 across all series.

The information piece above says that this very car Volga GAZ-21 (M-21), registration 84-61 VG, was issued to Yuri Gagarin in June 1961 to serve as his personal company car and had black paint, a sky-blue interior treatment and a maximum amount of chrome moldings on the exterior.

This is a ZIM GAZ-12 sighted today.

It's the third ZIM on the blog but the first one sighted on the street.

Garage Find Kona Lana'i MTB

In bicycle time, here's a garage-find 2011 (?) Kona Lana'i entry-level MTB - nothing much but a keeper (for now).

Found in a garage.

In transit.

Being washed.

After wash.

As I said it's going to be a keeper for now.
